About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Bombay wholesale & Trading Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Review inventory levels and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, considering factors such as quality, price, and lead time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the procurement process.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
