Highly Skilled Automotive Service Technician Required

Campbell's Auto Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components, and performing scheduled maintenance service.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly skilled individual with expertise in engine repair, 4-wheel drive, electrical and electronic systems, diesel engines, diagnostics, alignment, steering and suspension, brake system, hydraulic system, fuel and emission system, ignition and electrical system, automatic transmission, standard transmission, engine repair and overhaul, drive train components, welding, imported vehicles, and front end components.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
- Repair or replace mechanical units or components
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
- Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Perform scheduled maintenance service
- Test and adjust units to specifications
- Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
- Provide customer service
Credentials:
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
- Tire, wheel and rim mechanic
- Automotive Service Technician (Fuel and Electrical Systems) Trade Certification
- Motor Vehicle Repairer (Service Station Mechanic) Trade Certification
- HVAC Certificate
- Motor Vehicle Inspector Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
