Housing Program Manager Lead

**Job Overview:**
The YWCA Halifax seeks a highly skilled and compassionate professional to fill the role of Supportive Housing for Individuals Team Lead. This leadership position plays a vital part in our organization's mission to provide supportive housing services to individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support individual housing programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for supportive housing programs.
- Serve as a liaison between the YWCA Halifax Operational Department and supportive housing staff.
- Maintain accurate data reporting in alignment with provincial funding requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- A minimum of three years' experience working in supportive housing programs.
- Familiarity with feminist theoretical perspectives and intersectionality.
- Knowledge of community-based trauma-informed harm reduction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
