Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex software solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Lead the development of core components and optimize selected code sets for enhanced performance
- Drive projects to completion, identify critical paths, and ensure teams are unblocked
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members to follow best practices in software development
- 12+ years of software development experience with programming languages such as Go Lang, Python, and Java
- 3+ years of experience working in high-volume data applications and familiarity with data processing frameworks, such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, etc.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Any level of experience with MLOps is a plus
- Experience in microservices architecture and REST
- Ability to produce logically structured, accurate, and clearly written materials
- Ability to communicate issues factually and openly
- Desire to actively share knowledge and information with other employees to enhance team productivity
- Bachelor's of science in computer science or equivalent
- After six months, you will lead feature development, gain domain expertise, and deliver complex features
- After about a year, you will make significant contributions to our services, design and processes, and take ownership of product features
