Talent Management Senior Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Talent Management to join our People & Culture team at Aritzia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent lifecycle programs that support the growth and development of our employees
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop solutions to address them
- Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance management processes
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to help them achieve their career goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business needs and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and business leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
