Main Responsibilities

  3. Collaborate with HR to fill vacancies and conduct final interviews for new site associates.\
  4. Promote a positive work environment by conducting regular meetings with staff, orienting new hires, and inspecting suites.\
  5. Foster a culture of excellence by rewarding and motivating staff, managing performance issues, and scheduling work shifts.\
  6. Ensure site integrity by controlling inventory, overseeing supply orders, and maintaining building appearances.\
  7. Drive business growth through effective marketing strategies and analyzing market trends.\
  8. Analyze financial data, develop budget forecasts, and conduct market research to inform business decisions.\
  9. Streamline administrative tasks by maintaining accurate records, regulating site expenses, and reviewing operational checklists.\
  10. Nurture strong relationships with tenants, address their concerns promptly, and maintain open communication channels.\
  11. Monitor site finances, track revenue and expenditures, and identify areas for improvement.\
  12. Embed health and safety principles into daily operations, conducting regular inspections to prevent accidents.\
