Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Equipment Technician to join our team at Alberta Ltd. in a permanent position. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy equipment and motor vehicles.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with experience working with hydraulic and transmission systems. You will be comfortable working in confined spaces and in noisy environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment
  • Grease booms, pulleys, buckets and other components of heavy equipment
  • Replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in automotive maintenance and repair
  • Experience working with hydraulic and transmission systems
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
