We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Digital Engineering Solutions to lead our Commercial Technology team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions that drive revenue and operational efficiencies across our global operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in digital engineering technologies, including ecommerce, web, mobile apps, and cloud services. They will have expertise in architecting solutions for enterprise applications running in a cloud-first environment, as well as experience leading developers, reviewing code, mentoring, and teaching best practices.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience managing global functional teams and delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, with knowledge of market trends and customer preferences. The candidate will also have experience working with marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce, as well as hotel systems such as Amadeus and Oracle.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and a hybrid work model.
