**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Greet and Assist Customers**: Receive visitors, obtain their name and purpose of visit, and direct them to the appropriate destination.
  • **Process Information**: Obtain and process information required to provide services, including data entry and email communication.
  • **Switchboard and Telephone Operations**: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • **Record and Relay Information**: Accurately record and relay information to customers and internal teams.
  • **Maintain a Professional Appearance**: Ensure a clean and organized work area, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • **Perform Other Duties**: Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
