- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection and procurement of merchandise for resale, ensuring alignment with our brand and customer needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, authorizing expenditures to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years or more in retail management
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $40.00. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
