As a key member of our AI Research Data Science Team in Ottawa, Ontario, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and conduct rigorous AI research to develop new methodologies and technologies, and design experiments and prototypes to test the viability and efficiency of new AI models.
  • Develop advanced algorithms that enhance AI system performance and apply machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams across academic and industrial spheres to apply AI research outcomes and collaborate with leading researchers and industry experts to drive advancements in AI.
  • Disseminate research findings through scholarly publications, conferences, and community engagements, and influence future AI applications by sharing knowledge within the scientific community.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 8 years of related experience in AI/ML (GenAI, distributed AI/multi-agent frameworks, model inference/training optimization).
  • Applied research skills.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid Python programming.
  • Good understanding of business environment and industry trends.
What We Offer:

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
