  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements for condominiums, residential, and commercial properties.
  • Participate in Board meetings, clearly presenting financial insights and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to enhance financial operations and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to accounting team members.
  • Proactively address challenges, ensuring smooth financial operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within property management or real estate accounting.
  • Proven experience working with Yardi software.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • Expertise in financial statement preparation and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for Board and client interactions.
