Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations by explaining procedures, obtaining medical histories, and taking vital signs.
  • Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental practice.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional customer service, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
  • Radiology: Take and develop X-rays to assist in dental diagnoses.
  • Financial Transactions: Invoice patients for dental services and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental setting.
