Job Title: Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
