About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person and educating them on our financial products.
  • Customer Engagement: Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
  • Financial Analysis: Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments.
  • Account Management: Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
  • Customer Education: Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and Integrity: Compassionate and operate with integrity on every sale – will care deeply for our customers.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Bring some experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Credentials: Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
