RhynoCare Nursing Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Listowel-area. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent nursing skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and within the scope of practice as an RN. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in a timely and accessible manner
  • Ensure a safe and efficient transfer process for residents
  • Manage medications, narcotics, and supplies effectively
  • Conduct regular assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless resident care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN) or equivalent degree
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Strong computer proficiency and basic First Aid and CPR knowledge
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others and maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing long-term care
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
