Your Opportunity

Our Vancouver office is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their Domestic Tax team, starting with a strong foundation in tax compliance and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing technical knowledge to prepare tax returns for a variety of clients
  • Contributing to tax compliance projects and other assignments in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Building positive working relationships with clients and effectively responding to requests and suggestions
  • Communicating progress updates and issues with team members on an ongoing basis

Your Experience and Education

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A degree or diploma focused in accounting
  • A desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative to seek understanding
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

CPA Designation Support

BDO is committed to the success of students pursuing their CPA designation. We provide pre-approved programs, mentorship, and support to help you achieve your goals.

Salary Range: $54,000 - $62,000
