Job Summary

Laura Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team. As an Inventory Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of inventory in and out of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unpack, scan, and restock merchandise according to company standards.
  • Execute daily pick and pack process to fulfill online orders.
  • Maintain stockroom inventory accuracy and conduct daily replenishment of items sold from within the store.
  • Adjust ticketed prices for selected merchandise storewide.
  • Prepare stock for transfer to other stores.
  • Maintain receiving and stock areas.
  • Assist with operational activities such as cashier duties and visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role - retail environment preferred.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Team player.
  • Demonstrates initiative on an ongoing basis.
  • Is exceptionally organized.

Working Conditions and Environment

  • Available Monday to Friday minimum 35 hours/week.
  • Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions, and staff meetings.
  • Works in a standing/walking position.
  • Lifts approximately 20-50 lbs of product/boxes.
  • Uses ladder as required.
