Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Your Dollar Store With More. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals, manage store operations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Evaluate store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize store displays, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and adjust store inventory and promotions accordingly.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements to meet sales goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and train workers in duties and policies.
- Schedule staff and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of retail professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
