About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Staff Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants and food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
