Physiotherapy Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our team and drive the success of our clinic. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership in ensuring quality care delivery and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership in ensuring quality care delivery and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist clinical staff with managing caseloads and reviewing care plans.
- Deliver regular quality assurance reports and encourage a culture of professional development.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to patient care while implementing processes that elevate the patient experience and clinic outcomes.
- Registered Physiotherapist with a clinical designation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a strong track record of mentorship and clinical leadership.
- Passion for business development and driving clinic success.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to patient care.
We provide treatment for a variety of conditions, including arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, concussions, dizziness and balance issues, frozen shoulder, hand and wrist pain, knee pain, low back pain, muscle sprains and strains, neck pain, post-surgery rehabilitation, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder pain, and sports injuries.
