About the Role:

The Floral Designer Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing innovative flower arrangements, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
* Design and create visually appealing fresh, silk, and dried flower arrangements
* Maintain a high level of merchandising standards within the department
* Assist with ordering floral products and manage inventory levels
* Ensure safety, sanitation, and general maintenance meet company standards

Requirements:

* 3 years' experience in floral design in a retail environment
* Demonstrated creativity and innovation in flower arrangement designs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends
