Job Summary

We are seeking a Labour Relations Manager to join our team at BC Hydro. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing labour relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement labour relations strategies to promote positive employee relations and minimize conflict
  • Investigate and resolve workplace complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address workplace issues
  • Provide training and education on labour relations and conflict resolution
  • Stay up-to-date on labour laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in labour relations or a related field
  • Hybrid work arrangement
