Marketing Coordinator Job Description

PTAG, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns, coordinating various marketing activities, creating content, managing social media platforms, and supporting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement short and long-term marketing plans and budgets.
  • Work with business units to ensure marketing efforts and initiatives align with business plans and growth strategies.
  • Develop and manage the competitive landscape and evaluate target sectors' and clients' trends and service requirements.
  • Develop inbound marketing strategy and approach.
  • Develop organization-wide marketing KPIs.
  • Lead and coordinate product and content development programs.
Requirements:
  • College or University education in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or similar.
  • Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), WordPress, and Canva Design.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
