Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Guelph. As a key member of our order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and scan small items with a handheld device (RF Scanner) and place them with the correct order label
- Ensure orders are picked accurately, escalating any questions or concerns
- Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure orders are correct and complete
- Package orders as specified by the client, ensuring the finished product will meet customers' expectations
- Meet hourly productivity expectations for order fulfillment
- Perform inventory maintenance, including cycle counts on pick locations, as assigned

Requirements

- Prior experience using handheld RF scanners is an advantage
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn with a positive can-do attitude
- 1 year of related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment
