Your Responsibilities...
As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service throughout the customer experience by:
- Proactively identifying customer needs and actively listening to their requests.
- Providing valuable insights and expert financial advice to educate our clients.
- Creating comprehensive financial plans that take a holistic approach to help clients reach their objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Driving branch business growth by achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications for Success...
- A strong desire and capability to cultivate meaningful customer relationships.
- A strategic mindset for developing tailored financial strategies encompassing daily banking, investment options, and borrowing solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a dynamic environment aligned with customer aspirations.
- Possession of a Mutual Funds license and completion of the CIFP Diploma.
