About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Kelowna. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong command of MS Office and experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage retail customers' accounts, including monitoring cash deposits, processing and reconciling payments, and researching discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and report account statuses to management, including risk escalations and operational concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify and resolve process problems and improve efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good command of MS Office.
- A competitive salary of $40,000 annually.
