Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Aerospace Expert to join our team at CAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Fast Jet Military Aircrew and possess a strong technical background in aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide military aerospace technical, aviation, and operational expertise to evaluate standalone and networked aerospace devices.
  • Support the development of Training Systems Integration (TSI) programs and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to share expertise and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Test simulators to ensure design, customer, training, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support customer acceptance and device qualification by governmental authorities.
  • Work with Marketing to provide input to potential customers and assist with estimates for Bids and Proposals.
  • Identify and participate in the resolution of defects during project execution.
  • Report test results and provide recommendations to project teams to assess project risks.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Fast Jet Military Aircrew.
  • Strong technical background in aerospace systems.
  • Experience with complex military mission and systems, tactical aircraft systems, flight instruction, maritime patrol, and tactical/combat experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and manage own tasks independently.
  • Team player with persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, and a high sense of integrity and professionalism.
  • Computer literate and autonomous.
  • Availability to travel to various locations for on-site work.
  • The individual does not require a valid aircrew medical.
  • Bilingualism in both French and English is desirable.
