Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team at Insight Global in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Connect. They will also have experience building emails using HTML5, CSS3, and AMPscript, as well as creating complex customer experience journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio leveraging data from FTP filedrop/Scripts Automations.

This role involves serving as a subject matter expert for Marketing Cloud solutions and automations, providing hands-on leadership during design, implementation and ongoing developments of SFMC solutions to internal business units. The candidate will also be responsible for building emails in Marketing Cloud, creating complex customer experience journeys, handling large amounts of data, data modeling, uploading, cleansing and sorting, testing use cases in QA, previewing emails in Litmus for responsive behavior, and performing journeys/automation testing in sandbox environments and moving the journey canvas to production business units using deployment manager.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or proven 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. You should also have strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Connect, as well as experience building emails using HTML5, CSS3, and AMPscript, and creating complex customer experience journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio leveraging data from FTP filedrop/Scripts Automations. Additionally, you should have experience automating journey reporting and mobile studio reporting using custom SQL queries, and conducting live journey walkthroughs with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

It would be beneficial to have experience working at a digital marketing agency, developing a large volume of email campaigns at once.
