As a Senior FP&A professional, you will act as a trusted business partner, providing valuable financial insights and supporting key decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing ongoing FP&A support
  • Supporting the FP&A team with monthly analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including cost, resource, business case and special project analysis
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and financial metrics
  • Identifying business trends and gaps, offering recommendations to senior management
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes by leveraging current software tools
  • Assisting in various adhoc analyses and projects, focusing on strategic growth and initiatives
  • Playing a key role in the control framework while driving efficiency and continuously reviewing operating expenses against budget


Requirements include:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in an FP&A role within a service organization (preferably in a software company)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field of study
  • CPA designation is required
  • Dynamic, diplomatic, and methodical with lots of initiative
  • Detailoriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with various levels of management and provide ongoing financial advice
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec
