Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Keep a record of items received and delivered.
  • Load and unload goods.
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes.
  • Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Plan service routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements:

  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent client focus, organizational, reliability, dependability, and punctuality skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Working Conditions:

  • On-the-road job with a permanent schedule.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
