Our client operates from a fantastic office based in Beaconsfield, but also allows their staff to work on a hybrid pattern. They're a leading Firms of Chartered Accountants in the local area, boasting an enviable working culture and client base.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparation of company accounts and corporation tax returns
  • Preparation of accounts for sole traders, Ltd companies, and partnerships
  • Assisting in the preparation of the audit plan and ensuring it appropriately addresses audit objectives
  • Taking an active part in the audit planning and fraud discussion to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy
  • Overseeing all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
  • Ensuring planned audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' practice experience dealing with accounts preparation and assisting with audits, particularly fieldwork
  • AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA studying
  • Well-organised and able to work autonomously
  • A team player and happy to offer help to others
