Job Title: Security Guard

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at Apex Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts and to monitor establishment activities
  • Operate security control room equipment
  • Patrol assigned areas
  • Pick up and deliver cash and valuables
  • Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Sitting
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Walking
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Judgement

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience an asset
