Job Title: Nurse Home Health Specialist

A skilled and compassionate Nurse Home Health Specialist is sought to provide high-quality nursing care services to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the health needs of clients and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide nursing care and treatment aimed at maintaining and restoring health
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in research activities to promote health and prevent disease
Requirements:
  • DEC in Nursing
  • Minimum of two years' experience in different sectors of a hospital
  • One year of experience in a CHSLD is an asset
  • Knowledge of Cree culture and social and health issues in Eeyou Istchee is an asset
Language:

Fluent in English; Fluency in Cree or French is an asset
