Graham Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled tradesperson to fill the role of Woodworking Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
