Job Title: Motels Manager Supervisor Lead

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Respond to complaints of guests
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • Order supplies and equipment
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

We participate in government and community programs that support newcomers and refugees. Our goal is to assist them in settling into their new life and providing them with the necessary tools to succeed.

  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.)
  • Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
Support for Youths

We believe in empowering youth through education and employment opportunities. Our goal is to provide them with the necessary skills and training to succeed in their careers.

  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment
  • Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Support for Indigenous People

We recognize the importance of cultural competency and inclusivity in the workplace. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment for Indigenous workers and provide them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.

  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers
