Job Description:



  • Administer bedside and personal care for elderly and disabled individuals.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients with nutritional needs.
  • Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Provide personal care and physical assistance.
  • Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Cook healthy meals for clients.

Work Environment:



  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Room and board provided.
  • Employer's home.

Requirements:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding work environment.

Work Schedule:



  • 40 to 44 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
