En tant qu'analyste financier senior, vous serez responsable de la supervision des mandats de gestion externe et interne afin de garantir le respect des objectifs et la pertinence de la stratégie.

Vos responsabilités incluent :

  1. Gestion des gestionnaires : effectuer des recherches approfondies sur les nouveaux gestionnaires et procéder à une revue diligente des firmes, des équipes d'investissement, des stratégies, du processus de placement et de la gestion du risque.
  2. Utiliser les systèmes eVestment, Morningstar et B-One pour analyser les performances, les attributions, les transactions et les caractéristiques et formuler des recommandations sur le maintien des mandats au Directeur, Gestion de Gestionnaire et Optimisation des Portefeuilles.
  3. Comprendre et expliquer la performance des Fonds fdp par rapport à l'univers de référence Morningstar.
  4. Réconcilier et approuver quotidiennement les rendements des fonds, des sous-comptes et des approches.
  5. Maintenir et assurer l'exactitude des données du système de suivi des gestionnaires internes et externes.

Qualifications requises :

  • Baccalauréat en finances ou formation équivalente.
  • Titre de gestionnaire de placements canadien ou volets du programme d'analyste financier agréé administré par le CFA Institute, ou en voie d'obtenir.
  • Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire.
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension des produits et stratégies en placement sur le marché.
  • Avoir une très bonne compréhension des enjeux ESG.
  • Être un joueur d'équipe et posséder une grande curiosité intellectuelle.
