We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Operations and Administration: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with settlement needs, recruit and support displaced individuals, and facilitate foreign credential recognition.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail or a related field
- Equivalent experience may be considered
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
