The Tanium platform plays a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of enterprise data. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of this platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and manage various Tanium platform components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor the health and performance of the Tanium environment to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest patches and updates for the Tanium platform and apply them as necessary to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Utilize Tanium for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on enterprise data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Tanium platform through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into security operations and data management activities.
  • Implement robust security best practices within the Tanium environment to protect against emerging threats.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments using Tanium to identify areas for improvement and optimize the security posture of the organization.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and security teams to integrate Tanium with other security tools and systems to create a cohesive security ecosystem.
  • Provide expert training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Tanium features and best practices to ensure maximum adoption and value.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Tanium administrator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • A strong background in data management and security principles, including IT infrastructure and security operations.
  • Familiarity with configuring and managing various Tanium modules, such as Asset, Comply, Deploy, Discover, Patch, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Superb communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant security frameworks and compliance standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001.

We are offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
