Job Description:

As a Personal Banking Associate at TD Bank, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers. You will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on banking solutions, including new accounts, investment advice, and digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), branch software, and internet
  • Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
  • A self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment through strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • A dynamic, diligent, and effective influencer with a can-do attitude to exercise initiative and handle several tasks and changing priorities
  • A strong communicator with established customer experience skills who can effectively connect, both verbally and in writing, with customers and related teams in a courteous and effective manner
