About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at BrokerLink. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects through regular communication and relationship-building activities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Commercial insurance experience an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • RIBO license required
