Job Summary

The Electronics Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining power equipment and systems. This includes testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop power equipment and systems
  • Maintain and repair electrical and electronic equipment
  • Test and calibrate electronic components and systems
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and specifications
  • Write specifications for electrical and electronic systems
  • Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose and test electrical and electronic components and systems
  • Complete work orders and test reports
  • Investigate electrical or electronic failures
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in electronics maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
