Quality Assurance Technician
  • Educational Requirements: Completion of College or CEGEP is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a relevant field.
  • Field of Expertise: Candidates should have a background in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Design and implement sampling and analysis protocols to meet quality benchmarks.
    • Analyze and interpret experimental or analytical data.
    • Offer technical guidance to enhance productivity and product excellence.
    • Maintain comprehensive quality control and production documentation.
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.
    • Compile reports and document audit outcomes.
  • Certifications and Licenses:
    • Possession of a Food Safety Certificate is essential.
  • Knowledge Requirements:
    • Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs.
    • Proficient in MS Excel.
    • Understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles.
  • Work Experience:
    • Experience in Quality Assurance and Control.
    • Involvement in Regulatory Investigations.
  • Industry Background:
    • Experience in the Food Manufacturing sector.
    • Background in the Food and Beverage industry.
    • Specialization in Biotechnology, Food Chemistry, and Microbiology.
