**Job Description**

The Global Commissions/Revenue Analyst position is a key member of our Revenue Operations team. This person will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our commission structures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvements in overall operations.
  • Re-calculate and explain complex commissions' calculations on a broad range of products and reconcile and resolve all un-reconciled commissions' payments prior to month end.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of commissions experience, preferably using CaptivateIQ or Vena.
  • 2+ years of Revenue Operations experience.
  • Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
