**Job Description**
The Global Commissions/Revenue Analyst position is a key member of our Revenue Operations team. This person will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our commission structures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvements in overall operations.
- Re-calculate and explain complex commissions' calculations on a broad range of products and reconcile and resolve all un-reconciled commissions' payments prior to month end.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of commissions experience, preferably using CaptivateIQ or Vena.
- 2+ years of Revenue Operations experience.
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
