At TEAM DURANI INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Data Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure that our data control processes are running efficiently.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to employees to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to employees, and review their performance to ensure that our data control processes are running smoothly.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure that our data control processes are integrated with other business functions.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that our data control processes are running efficiently.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Initiative and ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
