We're a leading seafood company that's been around for over 120 years. Our Canadian operations are still based in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, where we started as a small salt fish company.

We're committed to providing our customers with the best seafood products, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team.

As a Production Team Member, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. Your duties will include sawing and feeding the line, packing boxes with product, and helping to keep the facility clean and tidy.

You'll also be working within our production control process to help accurately track inputs and outputs and measure progress.

Our team members are working within variable temperature storage environments to receive and pack raw materials. This team is on the move

  • Commitment to Health, Safety, and Hygiene practices at all times
  • Reliable and committed to quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excited about work variety, appreciation for variant temperatures, including cold and damp environments (we provide PPE)
  • Exceptional teamwork and communications skills
  • Genuine passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous work experience within manufacturing and/or food manufacturing
  • Experience with inventory control and systems
  • Previous experience within Shipping and Receiving roles
  • Experience with Continuous improvement tools such as; 5S, Fishbone Diagrams, 5-Why's, etc is considered an asset
