Groupe Aspex Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as emptying trash cans and waste containers.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, such as washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
