Job Title: Cement Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team at Axxion Construction LTD. As a Cement Finisher, you will be responsible for applying cement to surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.

Job Summary:

The Cement Finisher will work on various construction sites, applying cement to surfaces, and ensuring that the finished product meets the required standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cement and concrete, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply cement to surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish
  • Work on various construction sites, including commercial, industrial, and residential projects
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure that the finished product meets the required standards
  • Operate power tools and equipment, such as vibrators and mixers
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:

The Cement Finisher will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment and will be able to lift heavy loads.
