Job Title: Machinist Engineer Advisor - CNC Expert

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Machinist Engineer Advisor to provide technical expertise and guidance in the field of machining and engineering, specifically focusing on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to local technicians and workers on CNC machines
  • Enhance the capacity of local technicians and workers to effectively operate and maintain CNC machines
  • Contribute to the development of a skilled workforce and improve economic opportunities in the communities we work in
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of work experience in CNC Lathe Machine, CNC Vertical Milling Machine
  • 4-10 years of work experience in CNC Plasma Cutter
  • Competent in CNC Lathe and Milling Machines
  • Facilitation and training skills; experience in development and delivering workshops
  • Program delivery experience at a managerial level
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite program
  • Competent in software such as AUTO CAD & SOLID WORKS
